In 2023, the rate of trained workers aged 15 and over with degrees and
certificates reached 25.58%, of which it was 39.0% in the urban areas and
16.19% in the rural areas.

The unemployment rate of the labor force at the working age in 2023 was
1.99%, of which it was 3.11% in the urban areas and 1.15% in the rural areas.

The underemployment rate of the labor force at the working age in 2023 was
1.59%, of which the rate in the urban and rural areas were 1.96% and 1.32%,
respectively.
