                In  2023,  the  turns  of  visitors  served  by  accommodation  establishments
           reached 4,524,663, a year-on-year increase of 26%; The turns of visitors served
           by travel agencies reached 347,607, up 95.2%.

                7. Social issues
                Population, labor and employment

                The average population of Binh Dinh province in 2023 was estimated at
           1,506,331 persons, an increase of 2,046 persons, equivalent to a raise of 0.136%
           compared to that in 2022, of which the urban population was 620,875 persons,
           accounting for 41.22%; the rural population was 885,456 persons, making up
           58.78%; the male population was 748,969 persons, sharing 49.72%; the female
           population was 757,362 persons, contributing 50.28%.

                The  labor  force  aged  15  and  over  in  2023  was  848,147  persons,  an
           increase of 3,632 persons compared to that in 2022. The employed labor force
           aged 15 and over working in the economic activities in 2023 was estimated at
           833,119 persons, an increase of 7,281 persons compared to that in 2022.

                Living standard

                In  2023,  the  monthly  income  per  capita  at  current  prices  was  4,364.4
           thousand VND, up 12% compared to that in 2022; the rate of multidimensional
           poverty  households  in  2023  was  2.4%,  decreasing  by  1.6  percentage  points
           compared to that in 2022.
                Social order and safety

                In 2023, in Binh Dinh province, there were 533 traffic accidents occurred,
           including  146  traffic  collisions  and  387  traffic  accidents  of  at  least  less
           seriousness. Compared to that in 2022, the number of traffic accidents in 2023
           increased by 26% (an increase of 110 cases).

                Damage caused by natural disasters

                According to preliminary data, in 2023, natural disasters caused 6 death
           and  missing  persons;  1  house  collapsed  and  was  swept  away;  133  houses
           flooded,  landslided,  roofs  removed,  damaged;  1,718  hectares  of  rice,  15
