was estimated at 12.3 billion VND.

In short, in 2023, military conflicts and economic and political changes
in some countries in the world, inflation, and increase in raw material prices
continued to affect the economic situation of Binh Dinh province, however
thanks to the drastic action of the entire political system, the determination,
efforts, and striving of all levels, sectors, localities and the consensus and
support of enterprises and people in the province, the province's socio-
economic situation continued to develop stably, maintained good growth and
achieved quite comprehensive results in most fields.

In the coming time, Binh Dinh province needed to focus on implementing
the following main tasks and solutions:
About agriculture, forestry and fishery

- Maintain growth rate and comprehensive development of agriculture,
forestry and fishery; land management, environmental resources; focus on
restructuring the agricultural sector; shifting crops, livestock, and aquaculture;
promote chains of production, processing and consumption of products for the
people. Call for investment and construction of factories to process livestock,
poultry, food, agricultural products, forest products and aquatic products.
Deploy new rural construction in 2024.

- Continue to effectively implement solutions to combat illegal,
unreported and unregulated fishing (IUU). Effectively carry out policies to
support fishermen in offshore exploitation and solutions to develop sustainable
and effective aquaculture and exploitation of aquatic products.

- Focus on drastically and synchronously implementing plans to deal with
environmental issues, especially collecting, transporting and treating solid
waste in daily life; land, natural resources and mineral management. Direct
checking, inspection, and drastically handling of illegal exploitation of natural
resources and minerals, land encroachment, and illegal construction.

About industry - construction

- Actively grasp the production and business situation of enterprises;
promptly assist in removing difficulties and obstacles, ensuring the safety of
