province was maintained, consolidated and increasingly improved in the spirit
           of  innovation.  The  gap  in  educational  quality  between  the  urban,  rural  and
           disadvantaged areas was increasingly narrowing.

                The work to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic and other human
           being’s  dangerous  diseases  was  implemented  effectively.  Much  attention  to
           preventive healthcare, medical examination and treatment, people's health care,
           population  and  family  planning  continued  to  be  paid;  The  health  insurance
           participation  rate  reached  96.1%  of  the  province's  population.  Regular
           communication activities on ensuring food hygiene and safety and monitoring
           food contamination risks in the community were maintained.

                100%  of  communes  across  the  province  meeting  the  national  health
           standards and medical stations with doctors were continuously been maintained.
           Continuously management and creating favorable conditions for the non-public
           health system to develop, contributing to reducing overload and improving the
           quality of medical examination and treatment for people at public hospitals at

           province, district, town, city level.
                Many  art  programs,  celebrations,  and  propaganda  for  major  political

           events  of  the  country  and  the  province  were  organized  successfully.  State
           management of culture and cultural services was implemented regularly. The
           preservation of cultural  heritage was  paid  attention, especially the restoration
           and  embellishment  of  relics  with  signs  of  deterioration.  Art  activities,
           traditional folk festivals, and mass sports were organized with many unique and
           fruitful contents.

                The  results  of  implementing  the  main  indicators  on  socio-economic
           development of the province were achieved as follows:

                1. Economic growth
                The gross regional domestic products (GRDP) (at constant 2010 prices)
           was  estimated  at  60,446.3  billion  VND  in  2023,  a  year-on-year  increase  of
           7.61%. Of which, the estimate of agricultural, forestry and fishery sector was

           14,995.7 billion VND, a rise of 3.17%, contributing 0.82 percentage point to the
           overall  growth;  the  estimate  of  industry  and  construction  sector  reached
           18,412.4 billion VND, an upturn of 10.81%, contributing 3.20 percentage point
